Inside visit · Chalet aux Granges
Bathroom, chalet in the Granges
A small bathroom decorated with old wood, designed as a showcase: a white basin under angled mirrors highlighted by light, a glass lamp holder and a white bas-relief that catches the light.
I
Old wood & soft light
Set against old wood, a white bas-relief answers to the glass lamp shade: the light glides over the reliefs and warms the worn planks.
II
The basin & the mirrors
A white basin sits in the corner, under a beam of old wood that serves as a table. The mirrors at the corner, up to the ceiling, reflect it and enlarge the room; luminous ribbons draw a cross of light on it. Faucet fittings in rust-colored enamel.
