Interview
Before lighting your candle and before each use:
Cut the strands to a recommended height of about 0.6 cm. They should not exceed 1 cm.
During combustion:
It is important during the burn not to extinguish the candle until the entire surface has liquefied. It is advisable not to burn the candle for more than 4 hours.
Also be careful not to burn the last centimeter of wax.
After the combustion:
Before the wax solidifies, reposition the strands in the center if necessary and clean the inside of the glass using an alcohol-free product to prevent the formation of soot.
The maintenance of the candles:
Store the candles in a cool, dry place, preferably flat, to keep the wax flat.
The dust, finger marks and any dirt on your candle can be removed by gently rubbing the surface with a soft, damp cloth.
To remove more stubborn stains (such as tree sap…), pour hot water over the surface to soften the wax and scrape off the excess.
Also, be careful not to leave your candle burning unattended and not to expose it to sources of heat or air currents. Exposure to air currents will result in a flickering flame and black smoke.
