A handmade wool rug that is soft underfoot yet easy to live with: all the warmth of a mountain interior.
A piece from the Nomad for Smallable collection, signed by Lorena Canals, the Spanish company that invented the machine washable rug, and whose every creation is handwoven by artisans.
This carpet is like a cut-out of the desert landscape where nomadic shepherds keep their sheep. The wool – or ‘suf’, as they call it – is an essential element of their daily life. This abstract pattern features textures combined in different shades of beige, obtained by different hair lengths. Its neutral, warm and earthy color palette blends with any decor. Each washable wool carpet is packaged in a tote bag that can be used for storage and includes an additional non-slip thibaude that sits under the carpet and keeps it in place.
